Job Summary:
The IT Support Technician, Tier 2 is responsible for troubleshooting and resolving Tier 2 issues related to hardware/software for end users. In addition, the IT Support Technician will complete Tier 2 system administration functions related to new users and deployment of new equipment within the service level agreement while delivering excellent customer services to internal and external business partners. Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
