· Looking for both regular/ bilingual representatives who can respond promptly and professionally to incoming telephone calls, chats and tickets.
· Ability to identify and respond efficiently and accurately to customers and providing solutions and/or alternatives.
· Engage in active listening with the customer, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing situations as needed.
· This team will be helping with Benefits/HR-related questions (Concerns or various questions related to that).
