IMMEDIATE OPENING! Full-Time Customer Service Representative w/ excellent Customer Service to Auto Body customers on the phone, in person and throughout the repair process.
- Provides administrative support to daily operations of the body shop
- Experience in the automotive industry
- Familiar with CCC One Estimating (preferred but not a must)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Quickbooks (a plus!)
- Accounts Payable and Receivable experience
- Flexibility to handle multiple projects at once
- Bilingual Preferred (Spanish Speaking)
- Hold a valid driver's license
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- A customer focused attitude to complement a high level of motivation and energy
- Ability to interact with all levels of personnel in the shop w/ world class customer service
