Full Charge Bookkeeper – Hybrid Position

Requirements:
● 2+ years of accounting experience in AP, AR, reconciliations, and reporting
● Proficient in both QuickBooks Desktop and Online is a must
● Proficient in Excel & Gsuite
● Proficient with computers and comfortable with technology
● Associate Degree in Accounting, Math, or equivalent experience is a plus
● Extensive experience with data entry and record keeping
● Excellent written and oral communication skills
● Strong attention to detail
● Self-starter and team player
● Strong analytical and research skills
● Reliable and trustworthy
● Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
● Customer service savvy mindset
● Payroll experience is a plus
● Must have a reliable transportation
Responsibilities:
● Balance and maintain ledgers accurately
● Account Reconciliation for bank and credit cards
● Monthly and quarterly tax reporting
● Create financial statements
● Conducts internal audits to assess financial status
● Assesses current accounting operations, offering recommendations for improvement, and implements new processes
● Maintains a system of accounting records and techniques
● Monitors business performance metrics
● Develop monthly financial statements, including cash flow, profit and loss statements and balance sheets
● Request and process W-9 forms, Resale Permits and Exemption Certificates for all accounts
● Maintain confidential records
● Create and review contracts – we will train you
● Administrative and client support as needed
● Help with payroll if you’ve previous experience
● Working in a small company, you might be required to do tasks that are not listed here
