Responsibilities:
- Administer medications to residents according to prescribed schedules with accuracy and attention to detail
- Monitor and record residents' vital signs and reactions to medications
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure proper medication management
- Provide compassionate care and support to residents in a home community care setting
- Assist with activities of daily living as needed, including grooming and mobility assistance
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and records
- Ensure the safety and comfort of residents at all times
- Adhere to all regulatory guidelines and protocols related to medication administration
Experience:
- Prior experience in caregiving, senior care, or memory care preferred
- Familiarity with medical office procedures and assisted living environments
- Knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills to interact with residents, families, and healthcare providers
