Property Maintenance Manager
The Property Maintenance Manager is responsible for the management of maintenance of the units within their assigned communities. The candidate will arrange with tenants and vendors communications for any repairs needing to be completed. They are responsible for all work orders, inspection compliance, and the mitigation of violations within their assigned communities.

Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
Expectations
· Open tasks and create maintenance requests.
· Schedule maintenance technicians to complete work as needed.
· Review work orders to be sure they are being completed timely and thoroughly.
· Follow up with tenants and vendors to ensure work orders are completed.
· Schedule preventative and ongoing maintenance for properties.
· Ensure tenant charges are communicated and billing is complete.
· Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without
supervision.
· Familiar with the utilities and maintenance areas the community.
· Send tenant notifications and communications as needed.
· Document conversations and details about property maintenance requests.
· Responsible for managing the unit keys.
· Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
A minimum of two years of experience in a real estate or property management office is preferred. Experience with Office Suite and customer service in a fast-paced office environment is required. High school diploma or GED is required. Skilled in written and oral communications to both staff and public. The successful candidate will multi-task, be detail oriented, friendly, work well in a team, and support the mission of Wolf and Kline to provide specialized full-service property management.
