As an IT Technician, you will be responsible for supporting the technological heart of the company that is required for SafeinHome to provide its primary services to its clients.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES including, but not limited to:
- Document and implement IT infrastructure and processes.
- Provisioning, configuration, and installation of IT systems and infrastructure.
- Maintenance, support, and troubleshooting of IT systems and infrastructure.
- Onboarding of employees into IT systems.
- Help manage and maintain office and facilities that do not require special skills beyond IT skills.
- Provide technical support help.
- Responds quickly and practically to emergencies, crises, or unexpected problems as they arise.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Adheres to and accurately promotes all Company Policies and Procedures.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Relevant IT certifications and/or AA degrees preferred.
