Duties you can expect:
- Ensure that client accounts are maintained.
- Provide administrative support to the sales and client services teams.
- New Account set up.
- Aid in preparing and sending out electronic invoices.
- Answer inbound calls.
- Assist customers with their needs.
- Schedule internal and external meetings
Required skills:
- Strong knowledge in calendaring using Microsoft Outlook
- Experience in event planning - setting up food and beverages for meetings.
- Excellent written communication skills with ability to draft formal emails and letters.
- Understanding of Salesforce, SAP to provide client support.
- Microsoft Excel, ad hoc reporting
Must be available to work on site.
