```Duties```
- Set up the breakfast area before guests arrive, ensuring it is clean and well-stocked
- Prepare and serve breakfast items such as cereal, pastries, fruit, and beverages
- Monitor food levels and replenish as needed throughout breakfast hours
- Maintain cleanliness of the breakfast area, including wiping down tables, counters, and equipment
- Clear tables and clean up after guests have finished their meals
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Provide excellent customer service to guests, answering any questions or addressing any concerns
```Skills```
- Knowledge of dietary restrictions and ability to assist guests with special dietary needs as a dietary aide
- Basic food preparation skills, including handling and serving food safely
- Strong attention to detail and ability to keep the breakfast area clean and organized
- Hospitality mindset with a focus on providing exceptional customer service to guests
- Knowledge of meat cutting techniques is a plus but not required
- Excellent guest relations skills, ensuring a positive experience for all guests
- Ability to handle guest requests and provide prompt and efficient guest services
