Putsch also pays 100% of dependents dental and life premiums and shares the cost of dependents health coverage by paying 40%. Now that's a sweet deal. When eligible, employees have the opportunity to contribute to the 401(k) plan and Putsch will match up to 5% of contributions. We offer competitive pay rates. Payroll is weekly and payday is Thursday for the previous week hours worked. Because Putsch is a family-oriented employer, we want you to spend time with a life/work balance.
