Job Title: Daycare Teacher
Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Daycare Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children in our daycare facility. As a Daycare Teacher, you will play a key role in promoting the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of young children.
Responsibilities:
- Implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities to engage children
- Supervise and monitor children in a safe and secure environment
- Provide basic care and ensure the well-being of each child
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff members
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom setting
- Implement behavior management techniques when necessary
- Administer first aid when required
- Collaborate with other teachers to ensure a cohesive curriculum
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with students in a daycare, babysitting, caregiving, nannying setting or eduaction in the field
- Knowledge of toddler care and infant care best practices
- Familiarity with classroom management techniques
- Certification in first aid is required, we are willing to provide training

3 paid days off + 5 unpaid personal days a year (must work 90 days probation before using this time)
7am-12:30pm 1st shift and/or 1pm-5pm 2nd shift

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
