Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Clerk. As an Administrative Clerk, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Logistics and Operations Team. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.
Responsibilities:
· Organize and sort shipping documents and Invoices.
· Upload documents into a shared electronic reporting system.
· Contact vendors at the discretion of management to address any issues
· Assist with uploading data into google docs
· Assist with tracking sales orders
· Send and respond to internal emails
· Assist management and supervisors with any additional administrative duties.
Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in an administrative or logistics role is preferred.
- Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office and Google Docs
- Able to work independently and can multitask
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Able to maintain a professional attitude
