Front Desk Agent
Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our organization, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage incoming calls and redirect them appropriately
- Assist in organizing events and handling reservations
- Provide information about services, facilities, and events
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and transcribing documents
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer support or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Previous experience in office management or as a medical receptionist is a plus
