WizeHire is seeking a Sales Development Representative to help us expand our outbound prospecting and increase our footprint beyond our current customer base. This is an individual contributor role responsible for executing outbound activities to generate a new pipeline by setting up qualified meetings for our Account Executives. This is a fantastic opportunity to start up or continue growing your SaaS tech sales career!
This position is remote for applicants based in Austin, TX.

Compensation:
$70,000 OTE
Responsibilities:
What you’ll do:

Develop curiosity and excitement around Wizehire

Lead top-of-the-funnel activities including phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to develop a qualified lead funnel that converts to the quality pipeline for our Account Executives

Be thorough and detailed oriented when setting up meetings for our AEs to ensure they hold

Collaborate with the Director of Sales Development, Marketing, Operations, etc. to ensure timely and relevant outreach based on upcoming events, product launches, messaging, etc.

Maximize outbound efforts to meet and exceed quotas for calls and qualified meetings

Leverage creativity to identify new prospects and enrich current accounts

Ensure that prospects have been properly qualified and that proper expectations have been communicated

Attend trade shows and industry events to gain a deeper understanding of our prospects and generate pipeline opportunities through live networking

Track all activity thoroughly in Salesforce to support operations and management teams, validate activity and lead qualification reports, and provide sales team members with solid prospect background
