We provide full-service small animal general medicine, surgery, orthopedic, theriogenology, behavioral, and urgent care services. All of our locations welcome all types of patients in our practices. We see dogs, cats, ferrets, rabbits, reptiles, and pocket pets. We are progressive in our knowledge, techniques, and protocols while maintaining top-notch equipment (cloud-based record system, digital radiography, therapy laser, ultrasound, endoscopy, laparoscopy/arthroscopy, and a new in-house laboratory).
Essential Job Functions:
- Client education
- Answer calls
- Scheduling/rescheduling appointments
- Problem solving
- Greet clients
- Process transactions
- Communicating with doctors to get answers to pet parent’s questions or concerns
- Approve online prescriptions
- Manage client emails
- Communicate with insurance companies
- Transfer/intake medical records
Qualifications: (You MUST meet these qualifications to be considered):
- In order to qualify, you must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role in addition to experience working in a veterinary hospital, working as a receptionist or a call center representative for a human medical or dental facility, or working in a doggy daycare/kennel.
- All candidates must have a high school diploma, or a GED.
