Greenhouse Fabrics, Inc. is a family owned fabric wholesaler to the upholstery and interior design trades located in High Point, North Carolina. We're in search of a versatile and creative professional to lead our marketing endeavors. As the Brand Marketing Manager, you'll be at the forefront of strategy and brand image development; working closely with our sales and product teams, you'll play a pivotal role in aligning marketing efforts, devising impactful strategies, and actively engaging in feedback loops to drive revenue growth while maximizing our impact in the market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle sample book marketing, merchandising, and design, including fabric check-ins, product photography, lifestyle images, and digital artwork.
- Collaborate with our web developer for website design, management, and maintenance.
- Manage project timelines and schedules effectively.
- Curate and maintain our presence on various social media platforms.
- Oversee the marketing budget to maximize impact.
- Ensure timely execution of sample book print materials and promotional items.
- Develop and execute captivating marketing campaigns for new sample book collections.
- Craft engaging written content, including product descriptions and blogs.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the marketing team on all assigned tasks.
- Manage and inventory print materials.
- Lead social media content creation, including creating, editing, and posting videos for our social media channels.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or related field.
- Proven experience in project management or team leadership.
- Proven track record of increasing sales through strategic marketing expertise.
- Proficiency in Adobe software (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and photography.
- Strong eye for color and design aesthetics.
- General knowledge of website design and development.
- Experience managing social media platforms.
- Experience in event and tradeshow planning.
- Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills.
- Willingness to adapt and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Leadership qualities and organizational prowess.

- Physical ability to lift 30+ pounds and work in various environments.
