Uncle Jack's Steakhouse is a growing restaurant group in the Food & Beverage industry. We are seeking talented individuals to join our team as Restaurant Assistant Managers. As a Restaurant Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in the success of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth restaurant functioning
- Have knowledge of the food and beverage industry. Generally requiring minimally one year of managing FOH and BOH operations.
- Ability to motivate staff to reach goals and deliver excellent customer service.
- Entrepreneurial attitude and approach to thinking required to lead an emerging concept/brand (i.e. sees big picture, embraces critical thinking, quest for continuous improvement, innovative).
- Supervise and train staff members, providing guidance and support
- Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering to maintain optimal stock
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry
- Assist with Payroll, Tips, and Scheduling
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, POS, and Open Table, Toast, Radar, Triple Seat
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
Salary: $65,000.00 - $72,800.00 yearly
