REPORTS TO: AUDITOR
Responsible for accurately recording daily audit totals in a timely manner, thereby ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
THIS IS A PART-TIME POSITION. AFTER TRAINING THE WORK DAYS WILL BE
SATURDAY, SUNDAY AND MONDAY and days as required
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
Maintains the strictest level of confidence in the Accounting Department.
Held accountable for the accuracy and thoroughness of departmental records and reports.
Prepares Income Journal and distributes Daily Report.
Receives deliveries and ensures that all product is received in good, undamaged condition.
Posts information pertaining to hours worked and gratuities into the computer in a timely, accurate manner.
Maintains daily spreadsheet/logs as required.
Responsible for maintaining a stable and consistent attendance record.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High School diploma or GED required. Accounting courses or related training preferred.
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Must possess effective communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Experience with audits preferred. Must be numbers-oriented and computer-literate, with spreadsheet skills; proficiency in applicable software highly preferred. Ability to work effectively under limited supervision.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
