Onspring is seeking a highly motivated Senior Strategic Account Manager to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing existing accounts, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and achieving revenue targets. The Senior Strategic Account Manager will work cross-organizationally to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service and support.
Responsibilities:

Develop and execute account plans and strategies to drive revenue growth within existing large enterprise accounts.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at customer organizations, including C-level and VP-level executives.

Conduct regular cadence calls and business reviews with customers to ensure that their needs are being met and to identify opportunities for growth.

Identify, pursue, and negotiate upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities within existing accounts.

Develop a deep understanding of our customers' businesses and industries to identify potential areas for collaboration and value creation.

Develop a deep understanding of Onspring’s platform, products, and services including go to market strategies and pricing.

Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to inform our product development roadmap.
Desired Skills and Experience:

8+ years of experience in a relationship-based sales role, preferably in the technology industry

Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth within existing accounts.

Familiarity with business process management (BPM) or governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) software is required.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with C-level and VP-level executives.

Strong negotiation skills and the ability to bring deals to closure.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively communicate with all levels of stakeholders.

Proficient in using CRM systems and sales intelligence and social selling tools.
