he HR Coordinator will be responsible for supporting Landmark branch level HR operations and administrative tasks. This position plays an integral role in creating and maintaining positive employee experience.
R
- wn the onboarding process for all non-exempt employees.
E
- nsure all onboarding documentation is added to employee profiles, including all i9 and employment verification documents.
P
- erform and review all background checks for non-exempt employees.
A
- ct as a point of contact for all assigned Branch employees should they have HR related questions and escalate to the appropriate HRBP or Payroll Manager as necessary.

- ssist with any Workers Comp and Auto Claim issues as they arrive and escalate to the appropriate team member.
A
- ssist with time and attendance issues as necessary, including escalating any issues when needed.

- raft pay increase, promotion, or demotion letters for non-exempt employees.
U
- nderstands and promotes compliance of company policies/rules/procedures.

- ssists with hourly recruiting efforts and help employees through the application process as needed.
A
- nswer main office phone, screen, and distribute messages and inquiries to appropriate employees.

- erform daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations, including monitoring and coordinating the on-going maintenance of all office equipment, phone system and other information technology systems.

- aintain positive working relationships with all internal and external partners on administrative needs and requests.

- lan, schedule, coordinate logistics of on-site special events, meetings, seminars, etc.

- nsure the utmost level of security and confidentiality of all business transactions, documents, records and proprietary knowledge.

- ffectively manage ordering and distribution of office supplies for the branch; coordinate with managers to ensure all supplies are centrally tracked. Ensure office is stocked, clean and remains tidy.

- ct as liaison between main office and field managers, as needed.

- anage daily activities associated with mail and package preparation, delivery and pick up.

- ssist with uniform inventory, ordering and vendor relationships.

- ssociates degree required, Bachelors Degree preferred.
