We are becoming known in the sports industry in both Nebraska and Kansas for our sporting packages that take the work out of tailgating along with working directly with the Universities for their events. We value personable customer service, providing quality installation for university events, tailgating, sporting events and building relationships with our employees and clients. Primary Job Duties:
- Ability to professionally communicate with client and address any concerns or obstacles
- Able to manage event site & team members and delegate task
- Assist with managing event rental inventory for upcoming event installation.
- Ability to effectively learn and maintain operation system
- Loading & unloading trucks before and after events.
- Assisting with event installation, includes but is not limited to tent, table, chair, stage, & linen setup and placement.
- Responsible for tear-down and removing event rental equipment from event site.
- Ability to have open communication and take direction from Director of Operations regarding event map set-up, teardowns and meet event timelines.
- Attend seasonal weekly/monthly online meetings with client.
- Assist with sister company Rolling Hills Trading when needed.
Skills & Qualifications Needed:
- Self-start and strong ability to execute work with little direction.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to drive company truck responsibly and back up a trailer.
- Able to operate a forklift.
- General knowledge of computers, Microsoft programs and Google Sheets.
- Able to maintain high-degree of professionalism in dealing with diverse groups of people, including senior executives, community leaders, business owners, event, and non-profit professionals.
- Make appropriate, informed decisions regarding priorities and available time.
- Ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little or no guidance.
- Ability to react with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround.
- Ability to switch gears at a moment’s notice.
- Ability to lift 75lbs to 100lbs

Benefits:
- Hourly Pay | $18.00 to $22.00 per hour
- Full-time | Monday – Friday: 8:00am – 4:00pm with weekend hours during peak season, work week would be adjusted for days off to accommodate the weekend hours.

Qualifications:
- Education: Associate Degree desired or equivalent experience. We understand that most skills are learned and obtained on the job.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace.
- Ability to have a sense of humor, our team has a constant joking dynamic.
