Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper/ Office Manager to join our team. As a Bookkeeper/ Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing accounting needs as well as customer relations. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and great hours.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Manage customer orders (pick-ups and deliveries)
- Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate persons
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Manage all service and maintenance requests
- Manage all vendor orders
- Manage payroll and all new hire documents
- Make all tax and workman’s comp reports and payments
- Manage Delivery Driver
- Order all office supplies and uniforms
- Maintain a filing system and inventory
- Manage preparation of all required reports
- Produce and distribute correspondence to co- workers, vendors, customers, and insurance companies, etc. by email and mail
- Manage all IT related issues (phones, computers, printers, internet, emails, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper/ Office Manager or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of Bookkeeper/ Office Manager principles and regulations
- Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word)
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
