Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in administrative tasks, and have a strong ability to multitask. This is a full-time position .
Duties:
- Maintain builder portals and schedule work orders
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Type and proofread documents as necessary
- Light housekeeping duties
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Previous administrative experience preferred
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service in a professional manner
