**Non-Profit Description:**
Christian's Manor is a 501c3 based in San Juan, TX. CM provides transitional housing and wrap-around services for single parents who wish to obtain a post-secondary education.
**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a visionary CEO to lead our non-profit into ints next chapter of growth and impact. The ideal candidate will possess integrity, a strong work ethic, and a committment to building stable infrastructure to support Christian's Manor mission. The CEO will work closely with the board of directors to strengthen governance practices and ensure alignment between strategic goals and operational execution.
**Duties:**
-Develop and execute a strategic plan in collaboration with the board to advance the organizations mission and objectives
-Identify opportunities for expansion and growth
- Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and sustainability
- Provide strong leadership by setting a clear vision and direction for the organization
**Financial Management:**
-Implement sound financial practives to optimize resource utilization and maximize impact
-Cultivate and lead the relationships with donors, sponsors, and partners to secure funding and support for Christian's Manor programs & initiatives.
**Operations Management:**
-Provide oversight and guidance to a team of staff and volunteers in implementing CM programs and projects
-Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures to uphold organizational integrity
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the organization
-Property management of the apartments and property owned by Christian's manor, ensuring efficient operations and customer satisfaction
**Board Engagement & Support:**
- Collaborate with the board of directors and the Chairman Emeritus to strengthen governance practices and enhance board effectiveness
-Serve as a liason between the board, Chairman Emeritus and staff, facilitating communication and alignment of priorities
-Provide regular updates and reports to the board and Chairman Emeritus on organizational performance, challenges and opportunities
**Community Engagement:**
-Represent Christian's Manor in the community and cultivate relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies, nonprofits, and community leaders
-Advocate for affordable housing and engage in outreach efforts to raise awareness about CM's misison and impact
-Identify opportunities for collaboration and partnership to address housing needs and promote community development
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role, ideally as a CEO or in a similar capacity
- Strong background in business management, with expertise in strategic planning and execution
-Five (5) years experience in business, administration, nonprofit management, public administration, or related field
-Minimum of two (2) years experience in a supervisor role
- Some financial acumen with experience in financial management and budget oversight
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams towards achieving organizational objectives
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels
-Ability to work collaboratively with a board of directors and manage a team of employees and volunteers

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
