ESSENTIAL DUTIES
*Understand OSHA Compliance, NEC, and NFPA as they are required for manufacturing.
*Perform preventative, corrective, and emergency maintenance on various types of manufacturing machinery. This includes manual, semi-automatic, and automatic machinery.
*Need strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and Kaizen to improve the companies Safety, Quality, Productivity, and Cost. Capable of working in teams or alone.
*Ability to teach Production and Maintenance Technicians.
*Will need to be able to understand new technology and processes as required.
*Knowledge of Microsoft Office for daily administration records and making schedules for repairs, kaizens, and inspections.
*Capable of reading both electrical and mechanical drawings
* Proficient in 3 phase motors and VFD drives.
*Intermediate math skills
*Administration and 5S.
**Strong Leadership and Communication Skills are a plus.
**Experienced machinist is a plus
Two (2) year technical degree with 3 years of experience or a minimum of four (4) years of equivalent experience in a Maintenance position
Working knowledge of industrial safety practices
Ability to problem solve and work with a cross functional team in the manufacturing process.
Available to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and shutdowns.
Work in high places and confined spaces

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
