Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Manage reservations and provide accurate information about rooms, rates, and amenities
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Process payments and maintain guest accounts
- Coordinate with other departments to meet guests' needs
- Assist with night audit procedures when required
Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Experience in night audit procedures is a plus
- Strong guest service orientation with a passion for customer service
- Proficiency in using phone systems and hotel management software
- Ability to handle guest relations effectively
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous
- Prior experience in front desk or guest services roles
