We are seeking a motivated, confident, and results-driven Event & Face-to-Face Marketing Coordinator for the St. Louis/Missouri/ Illinois metro area. This role involves cost-effective non-media lead generation and boosting local awareness through events, corporate partnerships, business partnerships, community associations, and more! The role will play a crucial role in promoting our products and services through direct, in-person engagement at various events. Responsibilities include coordinating and executing local marketing efforts at Home Shows, Outdoor Fairs/Festivals, Business Expos, and Pop-Up Retail events. This role is pivotal in increasing brand awareness, generating leads, and interacting directly with potential and existing customers.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Communicates with individuals/groups outside the organization, representing Gutter Helmet by Lednor Home Solutions to Home Show producers, retail Organizations, and other external sources with the intent of finding the best venues where we can generate qualified leads and appointments.
- Manages an annual event marketing budget; recommends strategy and assists manager in setting objectives for each event on an annual basis.
- Responsible for all staffed events, including scheduling in-home appointments and conducting product demonstrations, as required.
- Administers participation in events and sponsorships based on established objectives, including on-site administration, resource supervision, and other implementation details.
- Recruits, hires, trains, and manages a part-time Brand Ambassador staff via companies recruiting platforms
- Evaluates the success of current and past participation and recommends a course of action for future participation.
- Negotiates with event producers and outside vendors to procure space and to obtain the best value for company investment.
- At events, set up booths or promotional stands, ensuring the brand is presented in a positive and professional manner using visual aids, product samples, and interactive tools to attract and engage attendees.
- Supports local Sales and Marketing Managers and sales team to identify and maximize local marketing opportunities.
- Provides information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person on local venues and events where Gutter Helmet by Lednor Home Solution products and services can be demonstrated with the intent of generating qualified leads and appointments.
- Provides timely tracking and entering of marketing data into corporate lead database.
- Captures and shares best practices from events/marketing activities by maintaining relationships with other event field marketers
FOR THIS POSITION, WE REQUIRE:
- Requires 2 to 3 years of experience in event marketing, lead generation, marketing planning corporate and/or event related.
- Demonstrate a strong ability to generate leads
- Ability to demonstrate strong leadership skills to part-time ambassador team
- Travel and weekend work is required, up to 40 hour work week. Flex schedule
- Demonstrate ability in Microsoft Office 365 suite of products
- Must pass a background screening and drug test
- Must be willing to travel within your assigned region and possess a valid state driver’s license
- Ability to set up a demonstration space and lift up to 50lbs.
