1. Accept customer calls, solve customers' questions and concerns about products, and assist customers to make informed purchasing decisions, provide comprehensive pre-sales service.
2. Follow up product orders, including order cancelation, address change and other order exceptions.
3. Provide high quality after-sales service, including effectively handling customer complaints and disputes, providing after-sales technical advice and coordinating solutions.
4. Collaborate with the team to shoot product videos and guide customers in window repair.
5. Handle simple company tax issues and other tasks.
