SUMMARY:
The corporate concierge is responsible for assisting employees and clients of our corporation with various personal and professional tasks. These tasks can range from travel arrangements and event planning to managing day-to-day activities, all aimed at enhancing efficiency and work-life balance.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES
- Serve as a central point of reference for all building amenities, ensuring visitors are well-informed about dining, recreation, travel, and business services.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to welcome clients, creating a positive first impression and fostering a memorable visit.
- Proactively anticipate client needs, providing immediate assistance and relevant information to meet their requirements.
- Personalize client interactions by remembering individual preferences and past experiences, making each visitor feel uniquely valued.
- Emphasize attention to detail to enhance the client experience with premium amenities and considerate welcome gestures.
- Swiftly address any concerns with empathy, offering apologies and solutions to ensure continued client satisfaction.
- Engage in consistent follow-up with clients to ensure their happiness and address any additional needs they may have.
- Train and empower a capable team to provide excellent service and make independent decisions that enhance client experiences.
- Maintain a tidy and organized welcome area to reinforce a positive first impression for clients.
- Enhance security awareness among all team members through comprehensive training on potential threats, protocols, and emergency procedures.
- Accommodate special client requests for amenities such as private dining, spa treatments, or recreational activities to the best of our ability.
- Keep abreast of industry trends to continuously improve service and client experience.
SKILLS AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- High School diploma or GED with 3 to 5 years directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong orientation to detail.
- Able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
- Able to perform duties under general supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite Applications Familiar with basic computer skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Able to occasionally lift to 50 lbs.
