Job Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative/Scheduler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Basic or general HVAC knowledge is preferred.
**This is a 1099 contractor position**
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and text message
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer records
- Utilize phone etiquette skills to ensure positive customer interactions
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Upsell additional products or services to increase sales
Requirements:
- Bilingual with fluency in Spanish
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and technicians
- Prior experience in customer service or related field preferred
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and multi-task efficiently
