As a Service Administrator at Don Parker Sales, your key responsibilities will include:

- Service Coordination: Schedule and coordinate service appointments for equipment maintenance and repairs. Communicate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate service records. Prepare and process service orders and invoices in a timely manner.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with customers, service technicians, and other team members to provide updates on service status, timelines, and any relevant information.
- Problem Resolution: Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally, striving for prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Assist in managing service-related inventory, ensuring necessary parts and equipment are available for service appointments.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the service team, warehouse, and other departments to ensure seamless service operations.
