We're seeking an Installation Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. This individual will assist the Installation Manager in coordinating and overseeing the installation of our superior custom-made windows and doors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with paperwork and data entry related to installations.
- Prepare and organize job packets for installation teams, ensuring they have all necessary information and materials.
- Assist with inventory management, tracking, and ordering supplies as needed.
- Handle various paperwork tasks such as filing, data entry, and record maintenance.
- Liaise with installation teams to ensure clear communication of job details and expectations.
- Address and resolve any issues or challenges related to the installation process.
- Contribute to team meetings and provide feedback on installation processes and improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in an administrative or assistant role preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record may be required.
