ABOUT YOU: As a Burn Boot Camp Fitness Coach, you will be responsible for delivering dynamic challenging workouts to members of all fitness levels. This position requires a strong ability to be a personal trainer in a group setting, motivating multiple clients and providing a positive community for change. A Burn Boot Camp Fitness Trainer focuses on total fitness, including mindset, nutrition, strength and burst (HIIT), all creating an inviting environment of support and incredible results. Overall, the ideal match for our team thrives on building a community and confidence in Burn Boot Camp members.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver both pre-designed and custom workouts to groups
- Be a part of our amazing training team and deliver an elite fitness experience
- Lead and motivate clients throughout intense training sessions
- Build and maintain highly engaged member base
- Be a leader within the Burn MetroWest community
- Ensure safety of participants in regards to exercise technique
- Modify specific exercises to accommodate various skill levels
- Attend weekly and monthly fitness meetings
- Practice what you preach. Live a lifestyle similar to the way you want clients to live theirs.

- 5:00AM- 7:30AM
- 4:15PM- 7:45PM
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experienced Fitness Trainer/Certified Personal Trainer. Must hold current fitness certification from an approved education company such as ACSM, ACE, NASM, NCSA, AFFA, NPTI or NFPT (NCCA Certified)
- Knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics
- Pass Burn Boot Camp Strength and Conditioning Assessment
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized
- Positive, motivating and effective interpersonal communication skills
- Desire and capacity to train all fitness levels
- CPR/AED certification
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Background check required
- MUST be a reliable team player
- Be nimble and adjust to changes quickly as needed - you provide solutions and can roll with changes of growth
