Job Title: Intake and Scheduling Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Review Slack channel cancels and communicate changes to necessary parties
- Use computer software to manage scheduling appointments
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for various departments
- Ensure accurate and timely scheduling of appointments
- Communicate effectively with caregivers, clinicians, and other staff members to ensure smooth scheduling processes
-Be comfortable calling caregivers and families to communicate any cancellations or changes to their child's schedule
-Must be available between 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday to ensure all scheduling modifications are completed in real time
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to HIPAA regulations
- Handle any scheduling conflicts or issues that may arise in a professional and efficient manner
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
-Client Intake
- Previous experience in a scheduling or customer service role preferred
- Proficient in using computer software for scheduling purposes
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis procedure codes is a plus
