Overview:
We are seeking an organized, reliable, trustworthy, and motivated Personal Assistant to support a small business owner/entrepreneur in both their personal and professional life. The entrepreneur has three separate businesses and numerous real estate and limited partnership investments, this role will provide support to all.
Duties:
Job duties will vary significantly from week to week and may range from project management and basic accounting, to dropping off gifts, making bank deposits or picking up prescriptions. We are looking for someone to work closely with the entrepreneur, facilitating both daily operational tasks and strategic initiatives. 20 hours / week.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with a high degree of professionalism
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities as needed
- Proficiency in technology and willingness to learn new skills
