Responsibilities:
- Conduct fitness assessments in clients' homes to determine their fitness levels and develop personalized workout plans
- Provide one-on-one personal training sessions at clients' homes
- Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, equipment use, and injury prevention
- Monitor and evaluate clients' progress, adjusting fitness plans as needed
- Collaborate with nutritionists to develop comprehensive health and wellness plans
- Provide guidance on special fitness programs, such as those for weight loss or rehabilitation
- Assist in the development of fitness-related policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of exercise science and human physiology
- Experience conducting client assessments and developing personalized fitness plans
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes
- Certification from a recognized fitness organization (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM)
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
Events:
- Ability to commute to at least 5 events per month. The events are weekdays anywhere between 4 pm - 7:30 pm. These events will be productive in receiving clients. You will receive an hourly rate of $22 per hour when at an event with a commission of $65 per each client signed up.
