Secure the premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting the building, equipment, and access points.

Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises.

Controls traffic by directing drivers in and out of the premises.

Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures; restraining trespassers.

Ensure that the entire premise is kept clean at all times.

Ensure that offices are locked, and premises is secure by end of shift.

Circulate among visitors, patrons, and employees to preserve order and protect property.

Call police or fire departments in case of emergency, such as fire or presence of unauthorized persons.

Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrence.

Maintain organization’s stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
