Inside Sales / Account Executive
A nationwide leading provider of legal marketing solutions is seeking an Account Executive to consult with attorneys and legal practices regarding online advertising, marketing, and other SaaS solutions. This inside sales role focuses on expanding the company’s leading online marketing and advertising services for the legal industry and plays a critical role in driving new business growth.

Prior sales experience is required, and we are ideally seeking individuals with prior B2B inside sales experience as an SDR, BDR, or Account Executive. However, we are open to candidates with experience in complementary sales roles who are seeking to break into tech sales.
Account Executive Responsibilities:
- Acquire new accounts through high-volume outbound cold-calling and qualify leads from marketing efforts directed at existing clients.
- Conduct daily marketing consultations via phone/video to identify and match marketing opportunities with the best level of service for each client.
- Manage the full sales cycle by presenting and educating prospects regarding the company’s advertising solutions and other products, managing negotiations, and closing sales.
- Maintain and manage a portfolio of clients, developing strong relationships, addressing concerns, and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Meet and exceed new business and upsell sales targets, providing consultative services to ensure clients are proficient in using services and retained as customers.
Account Executive Requirements:
- 1+ years of full sales cycle experience (prospecting, generating proposals, carrying a quota) with an emphasis on consecutive selling, preferably in SaaS or related services is preferred
- Experience communicating with prospects, generating proposals, and gathering information about budgets and goals.
- Strong organizational, attention to detail, and time management skills are essential.
- Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Salesforce or other Customer Relationship Management software, and a working knowledge of Google Suite is a plus.

Compensation: This is a base + commission role with an on-target first-year earnings of $100,000. Top producers currently earn in the $150,000 to $180,000 range.
