This position is being performed 80% in a remote capacity. However, the client may require on-site support for facilitating in person acquisition related activities. Candidates must reside in the Wash-DC region and be able to travel to the client site in NW DC on a case-by-case basis, which is not expected to exceed 1 day per week.

Job Title: Senior Project Manager
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical project manager and experienced scrum master. You will play a crucial role in optimizing advising and implementing best practices in contract administration and activities across an integrated project team. You will provide governance, project management, daily scrum, sprint planning and retrospectives. You will be responsible for proactively managing the procurement lifecycle to include tracking the development of pre-award material.
On the Job Duties:
- Develop and maintain procurement reports, metrics, and dashboards
- Attention to detail, a passion for meeting deadlines, and quality task deliverables and activities
- Assistance in developing: requirements and work statements, independent cost estimates, market research, quality assurance plans, requests for quote, acquisition plans, justifications, and requests for proposal
- Analyze procurement data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for cost savings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement procurement strategies
- Offer expert project support to government senior executives, program managers, CORs, and division managers
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field
- Must have a minimum of 8 years demonstrated experience directly supporting federal acquisition processes
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Excellent analytical skills with experience reporting to C-Suite leadership
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with modular procurement is desired.

Pay: $118,900.00 - $146,800.00 per year
