We are looking for an organized, analytical Administrative and Scheduling Coordinator, with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills to handle home health office duties and admin non-clinical operations. In this role, your responsibilities will include project coordination, data entry, file management, and providing administrative support to the office, and overseeing the home health non-clinical staff.

Administrative and Scheduling Coordinator Job Responsibilities:
· Greeting visitors, employees, prospective and current clients, receiving incoming telephone calls and fax transmissions.
· Implementation of policies and guidelines for home health non-clinical personnel, providing input to related administrative processes, and systems.
· Assist with hiring of appropriate home health non-clinical staff, orientation, initial and ongoing trainings.
· HHA scheduling and authorization coordination.
· Coordinate with the home health clinical leaders and clinical team.
· Time sheet processing, payroll review and submission.
· Client file management, organize documents both physical and digital.
· Provide guidance to home health non-clinical staff, relating to all aspects of in-home client care.
· Daily office operations; verification, reminders, chart management, provider coordination, 485 completion and tracking, SOC tracking and new client referrals/intakes.
· Therapy scheduling and Therapy Boss management and review.
· EVV for HHA and Nursing.
· Coordinate with the home health clinical leaders and clinical team.
· Other duties as assigned.
Administrative and Scheduling Coordinator Qualifications:
· Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Medicare/Medicaid certified Home Health environment with progressively more responsibility.
· Must have the ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality of information and meet deadlines.
· Promotes a positive and professional image both in the agency and in the community.
· Possess the ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures that are necessary for providing the highest quality of care.
· Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
· Maintain patient confidentiality and quality care.
· Possess and maintains a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
· High School Diploma / GED
