Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Technician to join our team. As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for providing on-site support and troubleshooting for various technical issues. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical knowledge and excellent problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair garage door systems, residential windows, glass, mirror, and automotive windshields.
- Handle low voltage wiring installations
- Utilize hand tools and specialized equipment to complete field service tasks
- Conduct site surveys to assess technical requirements and provide recommendations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns
Qualifications:
-Construction related expierence is a plus
- Proven experience in a similar field technician role
- Understanding of low voltage wiring and cabling principles
- Ability to effectively use hand tools and specialized equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members
