Job Summary
A Project Manager at Togetherwork manages assigned projects, including assigning and monitoring tasks with internal resources. The Project Manager will work across multiple business areas to manage both the technical aspects and business deliverables. A successful candidate will ensure the successful delivery of project goals, form strong relationships with all project stakeholders, provide project status updates, and resolve project-related issues and concerns.
Responsibilities
- Responsible and accountable for delivering large projects on time, on budget, and meeting functional and quality specifications.
- Identify and schedule resources needed to complete work and collaborate with resource manager(s) to assemble appropriate skills/teams.
- Manage the delivery of services using internal company systems and associated standard operating procedures and processes.
- Assist clients in exploring business process improvement opportunities utilizing our solutions.
- Facilitate service delivery through direct contribution, coordination of our resources, and/or escalation as necessary.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure proper attention and resources are provided throughout the service delivery lifecycle, including our change management processes.
- Monitor the progress of multiple projects and provide timely and accurate reporting of such progress and exceptions to stakeholders and executive leadership.
Requirements
- Project Management Certification (CAPM or PMP)
- Thorough understanding of project management phases, techniques, and tools
- Outstanding grasp of information technology concepts and processes
- Proven success leading complex projects or initiatives that include responsibility for managing budgets and deadlines.
- Ability to perform other essential duties necessary to manage projects through completion on time and budget.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- A team player who can positively motivate others.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Focus on delivering value and exceptional customer experiences.
- Fluent in Microsoft technologies, including Windows, Office, and Project.
- Knowledge of Microsoft CRM/Dynamics 365 core concepts is desirable.
- 5 years of Project Management Experience

Salary Range Disclosure
The base range represents the low and high end of the Togetherwork salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Togetherwork's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include discretionary bonuses, long term incentives, a flexible paid vacation/personal time policy, 6 weeks paid parental leave and more.
Salary Range
US Remote: $90,000- $110,000 USD per year
