Job Summary
The Client Service Coordinator is responsible for smooth front office operations and a positive patient experience!
You will act as the first point-of contact as clients enter the practice. You will also see clients as they leave, collect funds, educate about services, and schedule follow up visits. On-the-job training is included, and once trained, you will have independence but also work as a part of an amazing team!

Responsibilities and Duties
- Providing accurate and professional telephone support for incoming calls.
- Support office product sales and services of Emsculpt Neo, Emsella, and ZO Skin Heath by learning about these and all other services we provide.
- Effectively communicate attributes and benefits of all products and services in an honest and outgoing manner.
- Understand all services and appointment types. Effectively make and adjust patient appointments for an optimal schedule.
- Manage multiple front office tasks. Be flexible and proactive as clinic demands shift on a regular basis.
- Learn practice management and electronic medical record system and perform system entry with minimal error.
- Act as a client liaison to coordinate services.
Qualifications and Skills
- Ability to demonstrate quality customer service.
- Highly motivated and energetic with a naturally friendly and professional attitude. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
- Ability to communicate effectively on the telephone and face to face.
- Ability to work efficiently and multi-task.
- Ability to exercise good judgment.
- Knowledge of modern office equipment. Previous EMR experience a plus!
- Customer service and/or hospitality experience preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
