ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Insurance and Financial Services Position - State Farm Agent Team Member with Megan Morrison - State Farm Agent, you will successfully market the financial products that manage everyday risks. Your proficient knowledge of insurance and financial products reinforces your sales-minded and consultative approach to educating customers on their financial options.
- Must be willing to complete a CTS sales assessment prior to interview.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Maintain high activity and outbound calls to achieve sales goals.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Must thrive off of commission based pay.
- Have competitive and self motivated mindset.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prior insurance sales experience or similar field required.
- Must be able to obtain relevant insurance licenses.
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
