We are looking for a strategic and execution-oriented Enterprise Account Executive to drive revenue across our suite of Luminate products. You will own full cycle sales including revenue generation, prospecting new opportunities, managing pipeline, creating and executing account strategies, and negotiating and closing deals. The ideal candidate will possess the intelligence and aptitude to position the benefits of Luminate's offerings, as well as the strategic thinking to drive a complex solutions based sales process.
- Be an expert in Luminate's messaging, products and services and unique sales approach
- Develop, maintain, and manage the implementation of strategic enterprise sales plans and pipelines to enable you to exceed your personal quota (quarterly & annually)
- Research and identify enterprise customer prospects and targets
- Engage in key account sales, business development, and ongoing customer success
- Develop and actively maintain sales forecasts across assigned accounts and lines of business
- Own all aspects related to opportunity success, including coordination across all stakeholders (e.g., legal, contacting, etc.)
- Measure and report results and activity related to sales and plan execution in Salesforce
- Identify areas for improvement and acts to implement positive change
- Work cross functionally with our marketing, product and customer service teams to deliver outstanding results
- 5+ years of quota carrying full cycle sales experience selling complex solutions to large and mid-size companies
- Prior experience selling B2B solutions in either SaaS, Big Data, business intelligence or other software solutions
- Experience selling $100K to Multi Million Dollar transactions into accounts
- Track record of consistent quota achievement, revenue goals and the ability to effectively identify and sell to C-level executives
- Demonstrated ability to build and cultivate business relationships with key executives, contacts, and partners
- Ability to understand business problems, collaborate with domain experts and propose effective solutions
- Outstanding communication (both written and oral), negotiation, and presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal, planning, and organizational skills
- We would be over the moon if you have experience or skills specifically in:
- Experience with and understanding of SaaS, Big Data and/or analytics
- Prior experience selling into entertainment clients
- Experience selling next-generation products in complex enterprise accounts

For candidates based in California : Our base salary range for this position is $80,000 - 120,000. In addition this position is eligible for commission; your recruiter will discuss the full OTE compensation package details with you. We consider your skills and experience, what similar jobs pay at companies of our size, and ensure fair pay among colleagues. Final base salary offer amounts are determined by factors including your experience and expertise. In addition we are proud to offer additional perks and benefits that contribute and complete our total compensation package. Luminate reserves the right to change our compensation bands at any time.
