Starting Pay Range: $18-23/hour, based on experience and education

SUMMARY
Is responsible for general office duties which includes but, not limited to, invoicing, inventory management, and customer service.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Handles shipping and receiving documentation as trucks come in and out of the yard.

Closes shippers and creates invoices from previous day’s shipments.

Creates invoices for various departments and activities.

Completes inventory activity daily and records production into various spreadsheets.
- Handles incoming calls and accurately routes them to appropriate personnel.

Orders office supplies, operates general office equipment and performs general office duties as needed.

Handles check deposits.

Completes month end duties according to month end calendar, resolves any conflicts and notifies appropriate management when tasks are complete.

Provides backup to Expense Payable Administer and Dispatch for meetings and vacation.

Provides prompt, reliable and friendly customer service.

Maintains regular and predictable attendance.

Must be able to interact in person with peers and public.

Must be able to handle high stress situations.

Perform other duties as assigned.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

Data entry experience preferred.
- 3 years customer service experience preferred.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Familiar with inventory software, manufacturing software and Microsoft Office or similar software.

A positive attitude, and well-kept appearance.

Ability to understand and follow written and verbal work instruction and safety standards.

Ability to work alone and with a team in a collaborative environment.

Ability to follow timelines and execute instructions.

Ability to work overtime as required.
