**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide therapeutic services to individuals dealing with various mental health challenges, including but not limited to pediatrics, autism, developmental disabilities, crisis intervention, and behavioral health.
We are community-based, family focused, and provide person-centered mental health support to children, adults, and families in the Baltimore metro area. Our services listed below are offered as wraparound or standalone:
- Psychiatry (Medication Management)
- Therapy (One on one or Group)
- Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP) - Behavioral Counseling with Life Skills programming
- Intensive Outpatient Substance Abuse Program - IOP/OP (Alcohol/Drug Recovery)

- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for patients
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

**Skills:**
- Experience working with pediatric patients
- Proficiency in medical terminology
- Ability to work with individuals on the autism spectrum
- Familiarity with hospital settings and patient care practices
- Knowledge of behavioral health interventions
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Strong background in social work or special education
- Proficient in crisis intervention techniques
