Our practice is growing and we need another amazing team member to join the us!!......We are looking for a Clinical/Office Assistant & Patient Care Coordinator.
Who are you? You are someone who is always looking for ways to save time, money, or improve a process. You find yourself straightening crooked items or the shelf or picking up a random piece of trash on the floor rather than just walking past it. Helping people feeds your soul and you have a naturally sunny disposition. You have a degree in “Google University”, meaning you know how to solve problems on your own without depending on others all the time to give you the answer. You thrive in a little bit of chaos, but obviously prefer organization. You are very PR conscious. And of course you love all the doggos and kitties ;)
Who are we? We are a very busy and popular spinal care office that offers noninvasive spinal care treatments and DOT physicals. We like to have fun in the office amongst ourselves and our patients. We take pride in our office systems and organization...so everything can flow as smoothly as possible... for the most part ;) We love love love to set goals and reward ourselves for achieving said goals.
Daily responsibilities included in this position:
- Patient communications (Call, text, email, online messaging),
- Daily hands on assistance of patient care therapies
- Administrative duties such as processing payments (this is not the job for you if are uncomfortable talking to people about money), scheduling appointments, transcribing and inputting information into examination software
- Cleaning and disinfecting of patient care areas, maintaining overall office tidiness, organization, and cleanliness
- Supporting other team members and doctors in the clinic
To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills, thrive in a fast paced environment, and be able to act without guidance working independently, and love listening to and supporting people. We need you to be extremely flexible as this role is more dynamic, and is not a static front desk position. The practice is extremely busy and will require you to assist patients and the doctors away from a desk. Previous experience with patient care in a health care setting is a must! To give you an idea of what the office can look like in a given day at peak business: There are patients waiting in the reception to be checked in and checked out, someone spilled a coffee that needs to be cleaned up, there are patients who are finishing up their treatments and others are awaiting to start, there is a urine screening for a physical awaiting testing in the bathroom, and the phone is ringing while a caller is already on the line.
This is considered a part time position as we are not even open for 40 hours a week! Most staff work between 15-25 hours a week.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
