SUMMARY
VerifyMe is a market-leading software platform with global reach offering solutions to protect brands by authenticating products, detecting counterfeit and fraudulent behavior, and providing end-to-end traceability leveraging GS1 standards.
Reporting to VP of Americas Operations, the Account Executive is responsible for seeking out new commercial leads, developing strong relationships with the customers and delivering finalized commercial contracts.
The Account Executive will also engage with the wider VerifyMe team to ensure our commercial strategy remains relevant, innovative and market leading
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
The requirements listed below are representative of the essential duties required of the Account Executive:
· Independently seeking out new business opportunities for VerifyMe’s services and identifying appropriate points of contact across the prospective customer
· Managing the customer experience from initial pitch through to execution of projects and interaction with VerifyMe’s solutions
· Work between the development team, partners and customers to ensure seamless integration and deployment
· Constantly monitoring and analyzing customer needs and feedback to enhance the VerifyMe experience
· Identify opportunities to broaden out VerifyMe’s services to customers
· Building partnerships and liaising with other VerifyMe team members to determine services, and solutions to any issues that arise. Actively support wider team members
· Participate in and help drive process improvement initiatives across the team, with the view of increasing efficiency and customer satisfaction
· Traveling up to 50%
· Flexibility in work schedule, including weekends, evenings and overnight travel as needed
· Performs other duties as required
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
· Bachelor’s Degree Required
· Legally authorized to work in the United States
· Valid Driver’s License
· Minimum of 3-years of experience in a technically oriented sales role (AIDC preferred) and experience with GS1 standards
· Experience with cloud based solutions and associated services
· Experience using computers for a wide variety of tasks (competency in Microsoft applications essential)
· Candidate will work remotely in the US; Houston area preferred but not essential

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
· Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times
