BrightStar Care of Tampa Sun City and Pasco County is currently looking for an experienced, energetic, and highly organized person to fill our Customer Care Manager role for our Home Healthcare company. As a Customer Care Manager, you will be responsible for scheduling all clients and caregivers, first-line coaching of field employees and first-line client issue resolution, handling incoming calls from clients and field employees, and other tasks as needed. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of high-volume scheduling experience preferably in healthcare/in-home, customer service experience, billing, and be computer proficient (MS Outlook, Internet, and operating various database systems).

Requirements
- Minimum (3) year of documented health care/home health scheduling experience.
- Must have previous experience in scheduling , preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong Organizational Skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in common scheduling software and Microsoft office.
- Bilingual - ( A Plus, but not required.)
- Highly energetic and able to work at a fast pace; must be able to handle a high-volume of work.
- Detail-oriented, multitasking and organizational skills required.
- Emotionally tough and able to handle stressful events like calls with upset clients or field employees, last-minute call-offs, and schedule changes.
- An optimistic, outgoing person who will help keep other team members positive.
- Team player, willing to help others with tasks outside their job description when necessary.
- Willing to do what it takes in terms of hours spent working per day to get the job done, even if that means the day is longer than 8 hours.
- Strong computer and phone experience in a business setting.
- Must be willing to take after hour on-call phone shifts.
- Reliable car, valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
Responsibilities:
- The Customer Care Manager will create and maintain schedules for roughly 200 clients and 300 caregivers and nurses.
- Handle on-call hours covering 24/7 live phone support which would begin at 5: 00 PM and continue until 8:30 AM the following day, on weekdays and throughout weekends.
- Customer/client care – effectively manages the customer care procedures and serves as a point of contact for client/customer relations.
- Scheduling and care coverage – supports and uses all technology tools and resources to ensure proper business processes; schedules staff to meet client care needs and minimize non-billed overtime; ensures on-call phone and assigned staff are properly trained and available as needed.
- Billing and coding management.
- Conduct employee and client monthly touchpoints to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assists with the intake of new clients and informs potential clients of our services and reasons to utilize BrightStar over other agencies.
- Assists in the development of organization goals and agency performance improvement activities.
- Assists the Director of Nursing with assessing the competency of staff to promote quality, continuity, and safety of a client’s care.
